Tigers Look To Keep Rolling

The 5-0 Missouri Tigers look to stay unbeaten when they welcome the South Dakota Coyotes to Mizzou Arena tonight.

Mizzou has been a profitable team against the spread so far this season with an ATS record of 3-2.

Tigers Cruising

This is the fifth of a seven-game homestand for the Tigers after opening the season with a road win at Howard. Missouri is rolling offensively so far this year with 91.4 points per game.

KenPom has the Tigers tabbed as the 33rd best team in the country, and ESPN’s Joe Lunardi currently projects them as an 8 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

Coyotes Run Fast

South Dakota comes to Columbia at 3-2 out of the Summit League, and the Coyotes love to play fast. They play with the 20th fastest tempo in the country according to KenPom.

The Coyotes opened the season with losses to Utah Tech and Creighton, but they’ve since rattled off three straight victories including wins over Division One opponents in Southern Indiana and Western Michigan.

My Lean

If you’re going to bet this one, I think this is a good spot to take Missouri.

South Dakota loves to play fast, but that’s a bad idea against a good SEC opponent - especially when you don’t shoot the rock well.

Out of 365 Division One schools, South Dakota ranks 277th in two-point field goal percentage (46.8%) and 291st in three-point field goal percentage (28.6%).

The Tigers love a fast game, and after not covering last time out against Prairie View A&M, I think they’re going to play well and run the Coyotes out of the gym tonight.

Lean: Missouri -25.5 at -112 on DraftKings
