The St. Louis Blues will take center stage 14 times during the 2025-26 NHL season, as announced by ESPN, TNT, and the NHL. With eight games on ESPN, ESPN+, and Hulu, and six on TNT, Blues fans will have plenty of opportunities to catch their team on national broadcasts. The schedule showcases multiple key matchups that promise intense competition and with the Blues’ quest to reclaim their spot among the NHL’s top teams in the West.

The Blues’ national slate kicks off with a bang on October 15 against the Chicago Blackhawks on TNT. This rivalry game sets the tone for a season as St. Louis faces Chicago three times on national TV (also December 12 on ESPN+/Hulu and January 7 on TNT). The Blackhawks, rebuilding but scrappy team will test the Blues’ depth, especially with Chicago’s young talent like Connor Bedard and Frank Nazar pushing for breakout moments.

Other marquee matchups include a February 4 clash at Dallas on TNT, just before the Olympic break, where the Blues face a Stars team stacked with offensive firepower like Tyler Seguin, Wyatt Johnston, and Jason Robertson.

The season’s final stretch features two ESPN broadcasts: April 14 against the Pittsburgh Penguins and April 16 at the Utah Mammoth. The Penguins, led by Sidney Crosby, remain a veteran-heavy squad, but their aging core could struggle against the Blues’ balanced attack if St. Louis maintains its defensive structure. Utah is a wildcard. Expect a fast, unpredictable game as the Mammoth aim to make a statement and push for a postseason berth.

Other notable games on the schedule include a January 13 tilt against the Carolina Hurricanes (ESPN+/Hulu), a team known for relentless forechecking that could expose any Blues’ defensive lapses, and a March 13 showdown with the Edmonton Oilers (ESPN+/Hulu), where containing Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl will be a large test. The Blues’ ability to counter Edmonton’s high-octane offense with disciplined play will be critical.

This national TV slate offers the Blues a platform to showcase their resurgence. The Blackhawks series will be a tone-setter, but games against Dallas, Edmonton, and Carolina are true litmus tests. If the Blues’ goaltending and top-line scoring hold up, they could steal the spotlight. However, inconsistency against teams like Pittsburgh or Colorado could highlight gaps in their roster. Fans should circle February 4 and April 14 as defining moments—those games could signal whether St. Louis is a playoff contender or a middle-tier team.
