The St. Louis Blues wrap up their four-game homestand tonight against the New York Rangers.

Blues Hope To Finish Homestand Strong
It has been a successful homestand so far for the Blues with two wins in the first three games, including last night’s 1-0 victory over Winnipeg. However they are still struggling to score goals, as they’ve lit the lamp 2 times or fewer in 14 of their last 17 games.
The Blues have been good in the second game of back-to-back’s this season with a record of 4-2-0.
Rangers Slumping
The Rangers come to St. Louis losers of five of their last six games, and they are having their own problems finding the back of the net. During this six-game stretch, New York has scored a total of 10 goals.
The Rangers have been the best under team in the NHL this season with the under posting a record of 23-12 in their games.
My Pick
The under is extremely appealing tonight with two teams having major difficulties scoring goals right now. As mentioned, the Rangers have been an under team all season. As for the Blues, the under has gone 13-6 in games when they are the underdog like they are tonight. We also saw only 5 goals in the previous meeting between these two teams this season.
I personally don’t like betting the under 5.5 as a standalone because that total is set correctly and you’re having to pay extra juice on it. So I recommend getting a little creative on DraftKings now that legal sports gambling is live here in Missouri.
You can take under 6.5 goals in the Blues/Rangers as an alternate total, and you can parlay that with the Rams +7.5 tonight at the Seahawks using an alternate spread. I would be surprised to see 7 goals in the hockey game this evening, and I also expect an extremely tight football game in Seattle that should be decided by one possession either way.
Put those two legs together to give yourself a nice price of -109.
